We set up our own virtual private server (VPS) in 2013 after searching for many years for a reliable shared hosting provider. It was a great success and in 2015 we opened it to the public and now manage several servers worldwide. Just look at everything we include, even on our cheapest "basics" plan!

- We take care of everything technical. Since we're also an IT consultancy we can even fix your computers and help with internet connectivity.
- We regularly update all sites including WordPress plugins to keep you safe.
- We include free daily encrypted off-site backups to multiple locations, on your storage or ours. Some are "immutable" to protect against ransomware.
- Webmail is provided so you can access your emails from any web browser if you need to.
- No annoying limits on storage size or bandwidth. No advertising. No bots. No popups.
- We focus on reliable email delivery (in both directions) even if that means letting through some borderline spam. No "junk" folders for messages to get lost in.
- 24/7 support for urgent server problems, even on public holidays. There's a status page for viewing known problems and expected resolution times. Phone support is also available for less urgent problems or for help with computers (generally same day response, 7 days a week).
- We will register and renew your domain name(s) for you as cheaply as possible, or you can "bring your own".
- We host sites on fast virtual private servers with redundant power and network connections, a choice of worldwide locations with DDoS protection available, all as ethical, environmentally friendly and secure as possible. We use OpenLiteSpeed for the fastest possible page loads and to handle visitor spikes.
- All contact forms have advanced spam protection available (no annoying CAPTCHAs!).
- We can help businesses attract customers with advanced analytics (anonymised, no cookies), SEO, mailing lists and social media integration.

Just the basics - reduced to £50/year
This plan is deliberately made as cheap as possible, for people who simply want somewhere safe to keep their emails and/or a basic "shopfront" website to show visitors (and search engines) who they are and how to find them.

Personal - £100/year
Our most popular plan, for people with multiple websites or mailboxes. It's also for people who occasionally need help updating their websites, or for websites that need regular maintenance. Despite the name it's no problem to host friends and family or a small business on this plan, as long as the content is your own and there's just one account contact and annual bill. You can even host pictures, sound clips, videos or documents.

Business - £150/year
This hosting plan is for commercial sites with more complex requirements such as an online shop, contact forms, mailing lists, a booking system or social media integration.

Additional IT help and help with business analytics, marketing and compliance are available on all plans, charged at £50/hour.
